   Booking.
   Bookings can be made by phone, by mail or by e-mail. No booking can be considered as complete until you have received written confirmation from us. A deposit must be received by us within 21 days of enquiry, failure will result in cancellation of your provisional booking.

   Payment.
   A initial payment of € 35,00 is required on booking a pitch. This payment will be deducted from your total camping charges on arrival. For a rental caravan an initial paymenty of 30% of the hire charge  is required. 

  The balance of the hire charge is due not less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

    Linen.

Linen ( fitted sheets, pillows and pillowcases) is provided in the caravans and will be changed weekly. Visitors must bring blankets, duvets or sleeping bags.

       Cancellations/ early departure
  You are reminded that if it becomes necessary for you to cancel your booking for any reason (only on written notification) you are responsible for the full amount due in respect of the booking. However, we will make every effort to re-let on your behalf and then refund money. 

   In case of premature departure no refund will be supplied and you are due to pay for the pitch and the persons until the booked date of departure. 

         Arrival / departure.
    On the day of your arrival, your rental caravan will be ready for      15.00 p.m. (pitches for 13.00 p.m.). Every effort will be made for an earlier occupation, but during high season this may not always be possible. Unless we hear to the contrary, your accommodation will be hold in reserve 24 hours.   (A guaranty of € 100 is required in case of rental a caravan.)

On the day of departure the caravan must be vacated before 10.00 a.m. All breakages or damage not due to normal wear and tear must be paid for at the time of occurrence.  Caravans and equipment must be left in a clean condition. A pitch must be vacated before  12.00p.m.. If you wish to leave later than this, please speak with us in order that we can try to accommoate your needs.

        Dogs.

Dogs are welcome on the campsite, but must be kept on a lead at all times. It is expected that all dog owners clean up after their dogs at all times. Please do not leave your dog unattended without informing us first.
